
The External Stakeholder Meeting of the Department of Food Engineering at Ondokuz Mayıs University was held on May 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM with the participation of representatives from the Samsun Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Atakum Municipality, and the Chamber of Food Engineers of TMMOB. The meeting was organized around the agenda topics of “Duties and Responsibilities of Food Engineers Working in Food Enterprises” and “Establishment of Analysis Laboratories in Food Enterprises”. The meeting provided an opportunity for productive discussions and valuable contributions from external stakeholders regarding professional practices and sector expectations.
