As part of the Erasmus+ programme, our distinguished guests, PhD students Shawgi Ahir and Mohammed Elmokhter from Sudan, visited the Department of Food Engineering at Ondokuz Mayıs University and met with our academic staff and students.
During their visit, they delivered a presentation introducing their doctoral research and shared insights into the culture and daily life of Sudan.
Following the presentation, participants had the opportunity to discuss the research topics with the guest students and exchange ideas.
