As part of the "Grain Technology" course, 26 students, accompanied by Research Assistant Fatma AL, took a technical tour of Ulusoy Flour Inc.'s 50th Anniversary Production Facility on December 12, 2024. Following the theoretical information provided to the students on milling technology, a technical visit was made to Ulusoy Flour Inc.'s 50th Anniversary Production Facility to gain practical experience in the field. At the beginning of this tour, Production Manager and Food Engineer Eray ŞERİFOĞLU gave a general informational speech about the factory, flour production, laboratory, and quality analysis. Afterward, Quality Control Supervisor Özge Akkaya provided detailed information about laboratory analyses. Production Manager and Food Engineer Merve Ergin then gave a detailed explanation of flour production at the factory and answered students' questions.
