As part of the Acidic Fermented Foods course taught by our department's Dr. Mustafa Evren, we held a traditional "Pickle Party," featuring student-made pickles and other snacks and foods. The party was also attended by the dean, vice dean, and administrative staff of our faculty. After a meal, students played games prepared by the students, sharing fun moments with faculty and students.
