On October 16, 2025, as part of World Food Day, Dr. Mustafa Evren, a faculty member from our department, organized a panel discussion titled "Hand in Hand for Better Food and a Better Future." We would like to thank our faculty members, Prof. Dr. Fehmi Yazıcı and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bozoğlu, who spoke on the panel; Hasan Ali Bozdemir, a Food Control Officer at the Samsun Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry; Sebla Uyar, a Food Engineer at the TMMOB Samsun Provincial Representative; and Samsu Börek Company, who served as catering sponsor.
