Our department's Dr. Faculty Member Latife Betül GÜL has organized the event titled 'My Steel Bottle in Hand, Healthy Water in My Stomach' in collaboration with our department head Prof. Dr. İlkay KOCA and our deputy department head Dr. Faculty Member Belkıs TEKGÜLER at Özören Şehit Metin Arslantürk Primary School as part of contributing to social life. During the event, students were informed about the diversity of microorganisms, and yeast and bacteria preparations were examined under a microscope. At the same time, harmful microorganisms were discussed, and the microscopic image of a dirty water sample was examined. At the end of the event, steel bottles were gifted to the students with the contributions of the faculty members of the Food Engineering department.
