Within the scope of the Community Engagement Project, the “Basic HACCP Training”, which was planned to be held face-to-face by Partner 360 Consulting on 24 February 2025, was conducted online due to the cancellation of classes at our university following heavy snowfall. We extend our gratitude to our instructor Timuçin İçöz for his valuable contributions, as well as to Prof. Dr. Münir Anıl, Research Assistant Dr. Ayşegül Beşir Özgeçen, and Research Assistant Elif Gülşen Karabacak for their support in organizing the training. Successfully completed with great interest from our students, this training has contributed to increasing awareness in the field of food safety.
