As part of the “Grain Technology” course, a technical visit was conducted on November 6, 2025, to the Samsun Regional Directorate of the Grain Board, accompanied by Research Assistant Dr. Ayşegül Beşir ÖZGEÇEN. After providing students with theoretical information on storage in the course, a technical visit was made to the Samsun Regional Directorate of the Grain Board to obtain practical information in the field. At the beginning of this visit, Derya ŞAHİNLER, Director of the Samsun Regional Directorate of the Grain Board, gave an informative speech. Subsequently, the laboratory where quality analyses are performed during procurement was visited with detailed information provided by Food Engineer Sema YAZICI. The tour continued with detailed information provided by Technical Operations Chief Fatih ABDİOĞLU.
